There
is something to do for everyone in Korea. For those of you interested in
the nightlife, bars are often open till sun up and service is cheap. Tipping
is not customary in Korea, so you can have a good night out on the town
for very little money. Also, cabs are dirt cheap (running about two dollars
US for the average ride) and they run all night.
For those of you interested in camping and hiking, Korea is amazing. Just
this past weekend a group of twenty foreigners organized a rafting trip.
South Korea is a mountainous place with some spectacular views.
Korea
is also a geographically well suited for travel to other Asian countries.
Many of our teachers travel to China, Japan, Thailand, and many other destinations
during their vacation times.
